A longstanding brand for diaper rash cream. Very thick and coating to help soothe the baby. Seems to get the job done. Inexpensive and easy to find too.

Works really well. I put it on after I clean up baby and it stays put it’s affordable to use I recommenced these products my kid liked it because it would keep him comfortable. The triple paste I believe works just the same just more $$$

YES!!!! this stuff has saved my sons booty SO many times, and I also credit this (and regular diaper changes) with him never having a sever diaper rash. As soon as I see some irritation, i apply this, and by the next day hes good to go!

This is one of the best diaper rash creams I have ever purchased. It is thick and doesn't fade away quickly or gets absorbed by the diaper. My daughter's rash went away overnight using this cream with zinc oxide. I would recommend this product.

My son is WAY prone to diaper rash and he gets it bad. If we aren’t using prescription strength we use the Desitin max strength. This knocks out the rash in less than a week. If your LO is suffering use this!
