Great barrier, skin protectant. I liked to use a & d first then add this on top so it’s a bit easier to clean off at the next diaper change. A classic that’ll be around a long time yet to come. I would repurchase if I ever needed again.

This is absolutely the ONLY cream that will get rid of my children’s diaper rash. It was also the only one that worked for ME as a baby. I’ve tried others and they just coat the rash and don’t actually heal it.

Gets rid of diaper rashes super fast! Super thick cream. She only con is I have a girl and since it is so thick after a while it rubs into her crack and gets in there. Difficult to wipe away.

My kids barely ever had or have diaper rashes. But, when they do or did I use this. It is extremely affordable and very effective. There really isn't anything better than this for the price.

Helps with chaffed or irritated skin from diaper rash and it works within the first couple uses great on baby I think it amazing and not so harsh on skin

I love desitin. My daughter doesn’t get diaper rashes a lot but when she does I put the maximum strength on it and it goes away over night! It is very affordable and I would definitely recommend this to other moms/soon to be mothers

Great, effective, and odorless diaper cream. Works quickly to alleviate diaper rash with my baby. She does seem to squirm a bit through application, but I think it is more the rash than the cream.

This is not my go to, but it's a decent read cream. It didn't have any strong fragrance which is important. I guess it depends on the rash. This does stay in place and had a water barrier. So it keeps protecting which is great.

My newborn had the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. She was completely raw and I tried everything. Within a day of using Desitin I started to see improvement and she was completely healed after about 5 days.
