The zinc oxide in this product is what mane it works wonders it was prescribed to me for my daughter and cleared her up instantly. I've tried other brands of desitin and they didn't with as fast

Years ago this stuff was industrial strength lol. It smelled horrible and was seriously hard to wash off your hands BUT IT WORKED!! Now it's super oily, EASILY wipes off and is not effective!! Waste of money

This diaper cream is great and thick. It can tackle almost any diaper rash. I am not a huge fan of the smell of zinc oxide but if it works than it works.

Omg we use this all the time my poor baby sometimes poops a lot so he’ll get a rash on his but really bad so we use this and it always works so well we’ve gone through like three of these and will continue to purchase it.

This is my number one and go to product for diaper rash nothing else works for my kids. I use this once and within the next diaper change my kid is no lover with a rash or even red! Would recommend this over any other brand out there !

I turned to this product because A+D wasn’t working for my daughters diaper rash. I used this stuff and even after the first couple of uses there was a noticeable difference in the rash. I have been using it ever since and definitely recommend!
