I think this is the best desitin! It works great. I use this when my daughter gets occasional rash and boom it works wonders. Has a strong scent to it but i dont mind

Favorite diaper rash cream. This stuff works better than anything else we‚Äôve tried. My daughter has only had a couple of diaper rashes, but we found this stuff to be super effective in clearing them up. 

This worked alright when I used it on my daughter years ago, but I felt it could have been more creamy and worked better. I inevitably ended up switching to butt paste, which works a lot better in my opinion.
