The clubs switched from Osteo MSM to this with Turmeric and it is awful. It provides no joint relief as the previous product did and actually made mine feel worse. I use for painful arthritis. I also take a prescription for my arthritis. I stop taking these thinking I really didn’t need. But after time had even more joint pain so started back.
