After taking these after the recommended dosage for 3 weeks has not made my joints feel better at all. I'm very disappointed and will not buy again! Perhaps someone else had better results but in my case, - ziltch!

it does not have Tumeric And It Does Not Work For My Knees At All

I ordered this ONCE and received this item 3x's on my porch. It was NOT in a bag, NOT in a box. It was with a bottle of Purell Hand Sanitizer on my porch. I called SAMS Club Customer Service and then called again, and again. I asked for these 2 items to be in a box like everything I ever bought online from SAMS Club. I was assured it would be taken care NOPE. These products came again Two more times NOT in a bag NOT in a box. I realize these can not be returned. I am immunocompromised and the Osteo Bi-Flex is a tablet to put in my body. The Purell goes on my hands. I am very concerned for my health and safety if I were to use these. I will not call back again about these mix ups. I am very disappointed in the servicing of my order.

I take several supplements just as a way to top off the tank in case I'm not getting it through my regular diet. I needed something to help some minor aches/pains in my joints and this actually works! I ran out after taking it for several months and the minor aches/pains/stiffness came back within a week or so.

I've been on it about 2 weeks now. Here's my review. It works! After about 5 days I noticed less knee pain and stiffness. Pills are huge, so you may need to cut in half to swallow. A little expensive - about $30, but 1 bottle will last 3 months. Have experienced some side effects, itchy skin and gas.
