Hello, I’ve been taking Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength Turmeric for a while now, and it has made a noticeable difference in how my joints feel day-to-day. While I know everyone’s body responds differently to supplements, this combination really seems to work for me. Several of my doctors over the years told me that I would need surgery and even a total knee replacement for the torn meniscus in my knees from old injuries. My knees were killing me. A friend of mine told me about Osteo Bi-Flex and said she started taking it for her knees and now she doesn’t have any pain so I took a chance and bought some and within a week I noticed my pain had decreased this product is worth the money.

My left knee had a terrible ache for over a month. I started taking this and it has gone away. I never had xrays done so I can’t say for sure it was arthritis pain but I can say it’s gone! I’ve had my horses on glucosamine for years and it has definitely worked for them. Although they can’t talk and tell me, I know because without it their joints creak and crackle like breaking twigs. While on glucosamine/chondroitin supplements their joints are quiet. If they go off of it, it all comes back. I realize this isn’t scientific but it’s my observation and experience. Hope this helps.

Best thing I have found that works for my achy and stiff joints and muscles. I work in road construction and am constantly lifting, bending, walking, etc. My body can definitely tell when I haven’t taken it for a few days. I’ve tried other brands, but Osteo Bi-Flex always seems to work the best.

Osteo Bi-Flex made me feel less pain as I moved. I am 63 and after taking this for three weeks my joints were not aching and walking was fun again. I take them everyday, one in the morning and one at night.

i have type 2 diabetes and Bi-Flex ran up my glucose reading up over 150 points. I stopped taking it. It did make my joints feel better for the short time i took it.
