Several of my doctors over the years told me that I would need surgery and even a total knee replacement for the torn meniscus in my knees from old injuries. At 67 years young, I take this and quality vitamins to help stay active and continue being able to garden, do yardwork, and build projects on our property. Never got the surgeries, or the total knee replacement, that I was told that I would need.

My left knee had a terrible ache for over a month. I started taking this and it has gone away. I never had xrays done so I can’t say for sure it was arthritis pain but I can say it’s gone! I’ve had my horses on glucosamine for years and it has definitely worked for them. Although they can’t talk and tell me, I know because without it their joints creak and crackle like breaking twigs. Best thing I have found that works for my achy and stiff joints and muscles. I work in road construction and am constantly lifting, bending, walking, etc. My body can definitely tell when I haven’t taken it for a few days. I’ve tried other brands, but Osteo Bi-Flex always seems to work the best.

This has really helped my joint pain and arthritic spine pain due to scoliosis. I tried the medical way last year with injections and ablations with no improvement. This has made a tremendous improvement in my pain level in just a few weeks. Looking forward for several months to pass to see where I am.

i have type 2 diabetes and Bi-Flex ran up my glucose reading up over 150 points. I stopped taking it. It did make my joints feel better for the short time i took it.

After taking these after the recommended dosage for 3 weeks has not made my joints feel better at all. I'm very disappointed and will not buy again! Perhaps someone else had better results but in my case, - ziltch!
