Starting chewing the gum and it instantly took away the urge to smoke. The key is to start with the 4 mg then wean your way down to the 2mg.

I have been buying 4mg Nicorette gum for years, more recently I had to go online to get it but now it isn't even shown. Are you going to sell it or not. I don't like other brands and the 2mg doesn't work for me either.
