This is intended for those who smoke their first cigarette more than 30 minutes after waking up. It is important that you complete the treatment which includes 110 pieces. You follow simple instructions that change in the sixth week, ninth week and then finish them off at the 12 week mark. If you truly want to quit, this is the easiest way I have found to do it. The gum taste good, it lasts a long time and it’s well worth it.

However, the product itself tastes horrendous, almost like pure chemicals. I’m not sure I’d consume these even as an aid to quit smoking.
