It’s also discrete so not everyone knows you’re trying to curb a habit. The flavor is subtle and not strong. The texture is like regular gum also. It kind of has a peppery feeling in the throat but it’s not bad. Overall, if you are trying to break a smoking habit, I recommend you try the gum!
