However, the product itself tastes horrendous, almost like pure chemicals. I’m not sure I’d consume these even as an aid to quit smoking.

The packaging was secured. And the strength is 2mg. He said the taste was fine, and it did help to cut back his craving by twenty-five percent or so. I wish I had never started using this gum! I smoked for 10 years then used this gum for 10 years! My hair was falling out, My teeth were cracking. Loss of taste. For me, it was one addiction to another and I'm still fighting it thousands and thousands of dollars later! These chemicals are just as addictive as cigarettes. I wish there had been more steps 4mg, 3mg, 2mg, 1mg? I don't know what would have worked but I know I am not the only person who has struggled.
