However, the product itself tastes horrendous, almost like pure chemicals. I’m not sure I’d consume these even as an aid to quit smoking.

You follow simple instructions that change in the sixth week, ninth week and then finish them off at the 12 week mark. If you truly want to quit, this is the easiest way I have found to do it. The gum taste good, it lasts a long time and it’s well worth it.

The packaging was secured. And the strength is 2mg. He said the taste was fine, and it did help to cut back his craving by twenty-five percent or so. It’s also discrete so not everyone knows you’re trying to curb a habit. The flavor is subtle and not strong. The texture is like regular gum also. It kind of has a peppery feeling in the throat but it’s not bad. Overall, if you are trying to break a smoking habit, I recommend you try the gum!

I wish I had never started using this gum! I smoked for 10 years then used this gum for 10 years! My hair was falling out, My teeth were cracking. Loss of taste. For me, it was one addiction to another and I'm still fighting it thousands and thousands of dollars later! These chemicals are just as addictive as cigarettes. I wish there had been more steps 4mg, 3mg, 2mg, 1mg? I don't know what would have worked but I know I am not the only person who has struggled.
