One box of 110 lasts me a couple weeks and can last me up to a month and I love the mint flavor. It smells and tastes like regular gum and I love how people can’t usually tell that I have a nicorette in. I also love the packaging and how it’s easy to rip off one at a time without having to bring the whole package. Overall a very effective product and I really like how this works.

However, when I use this Nicorette Original Gum, it does take the edge off. It makes me not want to punch someone in the face for a cigarette. It has helped me cut down and I’m fairly confident I’ll be able to quit entirely using this gum.

I wish I had never started using this gum! I smoked for 10 years then used this gum for 10 years! My hair was falling out, My teeth were cracking. Loss of taste. For me, it was one addiction to another and I'm still fighting it thousands and thousands of dollars later! These chemicals are just as addictive as cigarettes. She says it has a minty taste at first but you can feel the strong taste in the back of your throat after awhile of chewing the gum.
