I usually prefer motrin, but these are what I purchase if I can't find it. They work pretty well and quick.

No matter what medicine i take, advil is the only one that will actually help me. Any pain im feeling, i take two pills and im back to normal

I prefer Advil/Motrin (ibproufen) over acetaminophen so I use these for pain. Just the typical over the counter pain relievers.

Reduces my fever if I’m sick and gets rid of all my eggs but if I am also in pain but not sick it illuminates that as well
