I carry one of these in my hiking pack and one in my work/out bag. These have saved me from big ouchies on and off the trail.

With one pill that you take, the pain will go away. If the pain is still there, you can always take another one and hopefully it will work.

Anytime I have a pain these do the trick no lie works better than Tylenol. Kicks in 30 min and then ur fine for the rest of the day.
