I took one gel capsule and it didn't take much time until I felt some ease-up in my knee pain. The pain wasn't totally gone but I was able to move around better. I like the small bottle because I can put it in my work bag and it's easy to take with me. I had no side effects from taking these gel capsules so it's an all around win. It is an easy-to-swallow capsule and better to take it with food if you dont want to get stomach upset. It costs more than regular ibuprofen tablets but the bottle is handy for on the go relief.

I usually use the advil tablets for minor aches here and there and they tend to work pretty well. These gel like capsules work within the 20-30 mark for me. Usually, I take two when I have aches in my feet or a headache from a long day of work. These gel capsules get the job done and I'm back to normal within the hour. The bottle they come in is small and easy to carry in my work bag. They come in handy just for any kind of aches/pains. I wouldn't use this on an everyday basis but they do come in handy when needed!

These liqui-gels are so much easier to swallow. Works really quickly to stop pains. My only small annoyance is the amount of plastic that is used for the bottles. While the lid is solid and easier to open than a lid on a generic store brand, I do wish that they would sell these in blister packs (like the kind used for NyQuil tablets).

The liquid gels were easier to take and quick action. These came in perfect timing as I always run out of medicine and it was needed. There was no odor like some medicine can have, the texture is smooth and easy to swallow.
