Any time I start feeling those body aches, whether it be I overworked myself, it's that time of the month, or I slept weirdly, these tiny blue capsules have helped ease me back into action. Like most medication, it does take a full hour to feel the full effects of the dosage. But if it's medication for body aches and pains it's always a good idea to just lay back and relax anyway. I will say I found one con to just be cautious of. From asking family members to use it for more opinions, one did say that she felt very tired almost an hour after taking one capsule. I don't see that side effect anywhere on the box or the bottle unless it was a symptom of "Feeling Faint" but this was a full on "I'm going to bed again" reaction, so be weary of that in case you need to run errands after taking. But overall, excellent! Definitely recommend, but again with those precautions.

I developed a fever and extra aches. My arthritis was also flared up at the same time and thankfully the bottle is not hard to open. I love that they are liquid gel pills that make it easier to swallow than some of my regular pain medication. I plan on purchasing some to keep on hand just in case I run out of my prescription again. I will also recommend these to others.
