I personally do not use over the counter sleep aids but my husband does and he was very satisfied with these. He usually uses a different brand and was interested in trying a different brand. He said they gave him fast relief and a mostly restful night. He has sleep issues so medication like this really helps him. He liked the Advil PM and would recommend them. I will purchase these in the future for him.

I take a supplement each night to be able to fall asleep. Sometimes, I have to take a pain pill too. When I used this, it was nice to not have to worry about interactions or reactions to both pills. This is the only medication that helps me with pain without keeping me awake all night long, something I haven't been able to do on my own. I take them 1 hr before I plan on going to bed and I am out like a light. I find the Advil PM works better for me than other PM brands. I am finally getting a full nights sleep.
