I like that I only have to take one product for two purposes: pain reliever and sleep-aid. It offers relief of occasional sleeplessness associated with those minor aches and pains. I feel good waking up in the morning, no groggy or heavy feeling which is a big plus. The pills are not large, and easy to swallow. Advil is a trusted brand and this product delivers as expected. Overall, a great product with pain relieving power plus a gentle, non-habit forming sleep aid. I received this product free in exchange for my honest review.

I would recommend it to help ease you before going to sleep if you also have some mild pain. I have been taking melatonin to help with sleep and find it works better for me but for someone that isn't taking melatonin on a regular basis I recommend.

Advil PM is nice when I have had a hard day or workout and my body feels achy all over. I don't take it every night just on the nights that I need a little help. It relieves the pain just enough that I can fall asleep and I do not feel groggy in the morning.

The active sleep-inducing ingredient, diphenhydramine, is a very common compound found in many sleep aids; the other active ingredient is ibuprofen, which is a pain reliever. I would buy each separately, unless you actually have an issue with pain keeping you awake.

I fell asleep so I don't know when the pain went away. I slept very well. I felt sleepy after waking but it wore off after a while.
