[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had tried this the other night since I was having some pain and often times the pain makes it hard to get some sleep. As for helping me fall asleep, that I'm not sure about, but if needed it is sure worth the try.

Normally, I don't like taking pills due to them being hard to swallow, but these coated caplets are easy to swallow. I had a headache last night that wouldn't let me get any sleep, and two of these knocked it out and helped me get a good night's rest.

After feeling like total crap after a business trip with long flights I needed to relieve my pain and get to sleep. NyQuil gives me hangover like symptoms the next day so I decided to give this a try. It helped me get to sleep and stay asleep without feeling like I drank an entire bottle of vodka the night before.

I took this after a long busy day hoping it would help ease the pain in my legs so allow me to lay down and rest. I don't feel like this helped at all. Recently I haven’t been able to sleep right. I took advil PM in hopes that it would help me get some sleep, and also take away my headache and it did! I slept really well last night.
