[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil pm is a really good over the counter sleep aid and mild pain killer. The night I took a dose I had been up shopping all day so my feet were aching really bad. Within an hour the aching had dulled and I was nodding off during my TV show. I called it a night and had a restful sleep. I do suggest giving yourself ample time to sleep so the drug has time to wear off before you have to go anywhere the next day.

The ibuprofen did help ease my pain, and the sleep aid was great. I didn’t feel knocked out, rather, it was a gentle drowsiness. I slept all night and woke up with no grogginess or hangover. I especially like that the pills are normal size. I had no stomach upset, and will keep a bottle on-hand for cases like this.

This did come at a really good time since I recently had surgery and was having some nights where I was having g some discomfort and was unable to sleep well.
