Within 15 minutes, I feel relief. I love that this product is reliable and works great for all areas of the body. This medication also helps me sleep very well at night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, my favorite pain medicine has become Arbil bc it’s the only that actually lessens my pain. I’ve been on pain pills since 16 for migraines and other medical reasons and advil actually provides some relief. My head hurts to go to sleep and while asleep and I wake up with a headache already and was glad to try this. It doesn’t make it go away completely but definitely better than not taking anything. I always try to not take meds often but this works when I really can’t take it or I feel like I need it. The original Advil capsules work way better for everything else such as cramps, toothaches, etc.
