This works very well as a pain reliever and a sleep aid and it is also affordable

This product does not work on me for whatever reason I do not get sleepy and I do not fall asleep

Not only does it take my pain away but it helps me sleep if I drink it at night time!

I use this sometimes to help me sleep. But I prefer melatonin. Only because it's more natural.
