This doesn't help me go to sleep at all. It makes me stay up at night. I don't know why it works that way for me.

I try it one time I really need it and it help a lot. If I need it I will take it again. Im si bad taking medication.

I like Advil pm a lot for sleep and pain relief. I don't take it very much because it gives me a hangover feeling the next day.
