Advil PM saves the day when you're in pain and trying to get some sleep. I always rest well and sleep painfree.

These have a higher dose of diphenhydramine than regular benadryl, so beware (30mg vs 20mg). But they definitely help me sleep!

10/10 recommend this if you have trouble sleeping because of pains or headaches. It will put you right to sleep and you won’t wake up feeling groggy.

They don't make me sleepy but they do the trick of releasing pain when I take them. A bit expensive.
