I take them when I cant sleep which is often I take it & within 20 minutes I'm out I do have problems staying asleep though 

I used every time I need for pain in my arms or my legs because I running every day and I need times a lot

I normally love Advil but this specific subsection always gives me the WORST migraines, but beside from that it does all that it claims to do.

This knocks me right out when I'm sore or headachey or have a cold, I love it! Gets the job done, not supposed to use it that often though

This helps ease my pain and helps me sleep at night without getting drowsy..awesome pain and fever reliever.

When they say pm they mean pm this knocks me out to sleep every time. They help calm my pain down better than other pain killers.

Use it almost everyday when I go to bed so I get a good nights sleep and wake up rested and ready to take on the day.

Works fast. I use this or tylenol pm when I'm hurting and need a good night's rest, wake up feeling better. Highly recommended this or tylenol pm

This product relieves pain and has a gentle sleep aide. I don't use this product a lot but when I do it's highly effective.

Advil pm is wonderful for any soreness or back problems when you need to rest. I would recommend for anyone
