Honestly, these are a lifesaver when I'm on my period. Gets rid of cramps and other pains and held me sleep. It's a win win.

I'm not sure how well they help aid sleep but you don't wake up groggy or anything so it certainly doesn't hurt. Otherwise same as plain old Advil
