I find myself extremely sensitive to the Advil PM. I wake up feeling very groggy and tired and it takes me awhile to wake up.

It helps reduce aches and pains plus helps me sleep after a 12 hour night shift. It is my lifesaver. I recommend to any night shift nurses.
