Helps with pain and to fall asleep quickly.  It does make you groggy in the morning if you do not designate a full 8 hours.

Advil PM does the trick when you need to relieve pain and go to sleep. They are around the same price as other pain relievers as well.

Helps with pain, and knocks you out if you're trying to sleep. BUT, it gives you a "hangover" the next day, and coffee doesn't really help with that.
