This definitely helps my ai he's and pains especially at night. It helps me sleep comfortably as well. It works better than most brands I've tried.

I used it for period cramps and when I go to the gym it isn't strong wich I really like I don't like using pills

nothing like popping an advil when you're in pain .its super effective fast acting and it puts you right to sleep.

Helps take most of my pain away, but doesn’t really seem to help me sleep. That’s just my opinion though

This is a good medicine that helps with going to sleep and kind of settles you down it is a little disappointing.
