I don't like this kind because it makes me feel all out of sorts when I take it so I would not recommend it

I like that this product helps me sleep after a tough workout, but unfortunately it makes me feel groggy in the morning.

It work quickly and easy to swallow I love this product it make me sleep like an angel Iam waking up without a pain or restlessness
