Really helps with pain and trouble sleeping. We use it occasionally when we have back pain and really need a good rest. 

i specially live taking tylenol pm but i have also take advil pm i like better pm my pain go away more faster using advil or tylenol pm i like both

Pretty simple and it works pretty regular (within 2 hours) but I wish the MG was higher, around 400 or 600.
