Tried this for aches and pains as well as to help with sleep. It definitely helped with the aches but there was no help with sleep.

It fast and really gets the job done. It does make you a bit drowsy so only take it right before you go to bed.

I have yet to expire center a headache that this doesn't help. Keeps me asleep through the headache, and doesn't hurt my stomach.
