Yes sometimes I can’t fall 😴. I take one of these and maybe an hour later I feel drowsy enough for o sleep. No icky feeling the next day.

Great product and definitely worth your money. Does what it claims. Be sure you can get full nights sleep or you will be dragging the next day.

Advice PM great to use to help you to go to sleep when in pain, knocks you out you won't feel the pain anymore.

I feel as though these work better for my than plain tylenol. Doesnt make me drowsy but i heard it can. Works within minutes

Individual packs are great to be able to just grab a few when your about to go out our staying over somewhere.

These are effective and not too strong. Not pricey and works quickly. Great choice for aches and pains.

When needed this product helps ease pain as it puts me right to sleep. It is not needed often so I know I won't build a tolerance to it.
