[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get headaches quite often. Sometimes after taking pain relievers and relaxing, the headache is still there. I decided to try Advil PM last night. This morning I woke up feeling refreshed and the headache was gone. I’m really glad that I found something to relieve the pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were great after a long night at a concert. I needed to be up early the next morning, and these helped me fall right asleep and I wasn't sore the next morning. They'd be great to take on vacation as well.

I love Advil for menstrual cramps, but it only has very little active ingredients as a sleep aid (diphenhydramine) as compared with unisom. It doesn’t help with my sleep at all, plus it’s not as effective for my pain. I would rather take them separately.

I didn't wake up at all throughout the night and woke up feeling so refreshed. This is a great pain reliever to have on hand to take at night when you have pain and also trouble sleeping.

Sometimes, I have pain that makes it difficult to sleep, so I always keep a bottle of Advil PM on my nightstand. Most of the time, it works wonderfully to alleviate pain and let me get the rest I need to feel better. The caplets are easy to swallow, and their blue color helps with identification, especially when drowsy.

Most of the time, healthy eating along with stretching, hydration and plenty of rest keep me making progress and improving from week to week. Every so often, though, I get a lingering soreness that needs more. Usually it's leg issue, and a single dose of Advil PM an hour before bedtime is all it takes to get me back to 100%.

I like to use these when I'm on my period/PMS-ing and experiencing bad cramps around bedtime. These always make me feel well enough so I can go to sleep peacefully. I've been using these since I was around 15 years old and I'll continue to use them. I definitely recommend it!

He’s not sure if his back was just really bad, but he said he didn’t get much relief, nor was he able to fall asleep for hours. He took them again the next night, and got some pain relief. But really felt no help sleeping. Doesn’t seem they work all that great.
