[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil pm worked great I always have a hard time sleeping because of arthritis. I slept though the night no waking up hurting. It contains diphenhydramine and ibuprofen. No bad taste was easy to swollow. I would recommend people try these. .

Especially when going to bed. This product works to relieve the pain I am able to sleep through the night. It sometimes makes me groggy in the the morning and I've learned that if I get up and just get going, that feeling leaves pretty quickly. It will definitely be a repeat buy.

I felt a little groggy the next day as well. Main reason I don't like otc meds. But maybe it will work for someone else. We're all different.

If you're feeling a little bit under the weather, and you need to get some rest and want to be free from your night time aches and pains, this is a great way to do it. Love the little vial that they came in and I love the fact that they are made by Advil, it's a company that I have been using for years and I have had great results with. Being able to get a good night sleep without waking up in the middle of the night has absolutely key for me, I also wake up in the morning after taking these caplets and feeling completely refreshed, I do not feel drugs out throughout the day, and I feel like I have actually gotten a good night's rest. Definitely a winner in this household, I like my sleep and my husband does too, and this is a great way to achieve that and also work on some of your night time pains.
