I've used Advil pm to help me sleep. I like it because unlike other sleep aids, I don't wake up drowsy and sluggish

Though I have a groggy feeling after using the product the next day, it did help myself back pain which was the main goal. The price is reasonable.

This is my second choice when I'm in pain. My first choice is Aleve. But these do work and also help you sleep.

All around a good product and i felt like it wasn't habit forming. Once i got a good nights sleep i was good.
