Whenever i can't fall asleep i take one of these Advil pms. I didn't think it would work but it knocks me out like a light. I get a great sleep .

Does the job. I prefer to get the regular one though over the pm one. The tablets are smaller for the regular one.

This product takes long to become affective. I do take it when I have minor headache but When the pain is unbearable, Ibuprofen is the answer.
