Advil PM is part of my nightly routine. It helps to fall asleep, ease tired sore muscles and I stay asleep for the night!

It'll get rid of most basic aches and pains all whilst you sleep like a baby. A fairly decent win win in my opinion.

I accidentally took two of these one day and absolutely passed out within minutes lol. I'm much more careful now haha. They work! Quick!

The best helpful sleep aid for nights I feel sore or restless. And this never gives me the groggy hang over if I sleep over 7 hours
