Advil for me works quicker and is stronger then tylenol and i just trust it more. The pills are also smaller so its easier for my to drink down

The best pain reliever has to be aleve. They have different types of pills but these help with my pain a lot.

This doesn't help me go to sleep at all. It makes me stay up at night. I don't know why it works that way for me.
