[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advil PM is a very good product. I took it at night before going to bed every time my back hurst. Also, it helps with body pain, giving me a better chance to sleep.

While this did help me to fall asleep, it left me feeling groggy in the mornings. Maybe I needed to take it earlier than I did (longer than they suggest) to allow it to leave my system.
