I like to use this night time Advil on nights when I have a shorter time to sleep, it's a lighter sleepy effect than melatonin and it's easier to wake up without any groggy side effects throughout the day.

This sleep aid does not really work for me, but everybody is different l, it might work for other people. It is affordable and over the counter so that's good. Hope it helps someone else.

I love this for when I get those late time aches and pains. It not helps with the pain but it also helps me get to sleep. I don't use them very often but when I do they help me.

I take Advil PM after a long day of trail riding or being on my feet all day . It take the pain always when nothing else does and I am able to sleep within what feels like mins after taking it

These are great if your sore from a work out or a headache or anything minor and can’t sleep as well. They always put me right to sleep and I have no idea about the pain. I always keep these on hand in the house.

I honestly use this when I really need to sleep, but cannot. It works faster, it is more effective, and does not leave you as groggy as melatonin that's supposed to be a natural supplement.
