I’ve used this product several times while traveling or after working a night shift to help with sleep. I don’t know how it’s different than Benadryl, but it sure does work much better and keeps me asleep all night!

Perfect for headache before bed! Helped me sleep through the entire night. Definitely adorable compared to other similar products. Definitely met my expectations. I use them 2-4 days a week. Overall very satisfied with the product.
