I took this for my back pain one night and it work quick to stop the backpain and get me to sleep really fast. I will definitely buy more of these to have as extra. I will definitely recommend these to everyone that I know.

He’s not sure if his back was just really bad, but he said he didn’t get much relief, nor was he able to fall asleep for hours. He took them again the next night, and got some pain relief. But really felt no help sleeping. Doesn’t seem they work all that great.

I took the Advil PM, and within an hour the headache had subsided and I fell asleep rapidly. I feel great in the morning and the ingredients don’t make me feel droopy. Love this packaging because I can throw it in my purse This helps me sleep when I have a migraine. Highly recommend!

I sometimes cant sleep every so often at night. Usually this last for 3 nights or so and by then I'm so desperate to sleep that I pop an advil PM. Within 20 minutes I am ready to sleep and I sleep sound as a baby. I only need one to get me sleepy and it puts me right out and kind of resets my mind and then I am able to sleep easy!

I took these early in the morning hours and was able to get a few more hour of sleep. Product seemed to help with all the other body aches for a bit as well. They are small blue tablets that are easy to get down and didn’t irritate my stomach like some other brands tend to do. Good product for over the counter pain reliever and sleep aid.
