This helps my body relax and helps me sleep through the night without waking up with aches. It exceeded my expectations. I use this product after a hard workout. I would recommend this to all of my pals

These are great as pain relievers when you need help sleeping, the only issue I have with them is that I cannot wake up after taking them, they leave me super drowsy, would only recommend if you don't have to wake up early after taking.

I only use Advil PM for flights! It will knock me out and doesn't leave me Groff the next day. It's easy to buy at any local grocer and is much cheaper than other sleep aids. It's my go to and I would recommend!

I always reach for a PM medicine when my end of the day aches set in. The sleep aid in Advil PM really makes all the difference. I don't use this product often, only on days I really feel achy when laying down.
