These sure do work well if I need a good night sleep and am having a hard time sleeping. They are very effective. I usually cut it in half and it works well. I use this rarely but would recommend to others.

I do not sleep thru the night without taking Advil pm. I like this product because it doesn't make me feel like like a zombie when I wake the following morning

I like taking Advil PM because it helps me sleep and I stare at a computer screen all day at work so I generally tend to have a headache when I get off work. Advil is a little more spendy of a brand but it works really well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These caplets were easy to swallow due to the coating. Ibuprofen works well for me for minor pains and the addition of diphenhydramine, which is also in Benadryl, is supposed to help you sleep.

First of all I like that you can buy this in bulk. Definitely convenient. I think it works really fast to make your headache go away. I typically only need Tylenol maybe twice a month, if that. But it get the job done so it's good I guess!
