I have been looking for something that will help me sleep at night. Advil does help with muscle soreness and headaches. However it did not help keep me asleep. Overall as a sleep aid I was not that satisfied.

I get frequent headaches and this is one of my go tos for headaches especially at night. And I also like to use this after a long workout to help relax and get a good nights sleep. Definitely works great and fast

Advil is the only pain reliever I will use! I don’t get headaches often, but when I do they come in like a train! Advil PM helps me sleep through the night easily

these work very well when you can sleep , it's like it take the pain away but at the same time makes you sleepy which is great cause it's a 2 in 1 and you don't have to take multiple pills

This definitely takes the pain away and zonks you out! I use to always use this for the longest. But I recommend the original product for the am if you don't want to sleep all day.

I don't really take anything when I have a headache or anything but if I do I take "Advil" and it helps a lot !! I recommend it, it works great and it's not pricy either it's good for the price and you can find it basically anywhere !

These caplets are great for relieving pain and also putting you to sleep. They are easy to swallow and it definitely gets you feeling sleepy after 20 30 minutes.

While this did help me to fall asleep, it left me feeling groggy in the mornings. Maybe I needed to take it earlier than I did (longer than they suggest) to allow it to leave my system.
