[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave it a five star because ibuprofen works better for me than Tylenol does, and especially the gel cap releases. This is a nice little travel Advil.

I usually just take regular Advil & it works just fine but this is good to take at night if you want some relief & good sleep thru the night. I don't wake up with cramps in the middle of the night when I take this.

It works great because whenever I take it at night it lets me see throughout the entire night. Sometimes it's even worse too well and i sleep through my alarm but thats the only downside. This is great for pain relief or when you cant sleep.

Love this product. I have had nights with back pain and found it hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. Taking 2 of these pills, I was out for the rest of the night. For me they worked within an hour and I woke up feeling refreshed.

My husband has had back surgery and he uses this product 2-3 times a week. When he is having pain at night, this controls his pain and allows him to rest.

This helps me when i have bad headache or trouble falling asleep, so i get double the benefits in one pill! Advil is best ive tried with reducing pain/sleep aid!

i try not to take over the counter medication often but when i do its advil! i love the advil pms when you don’t feel well at night they really help me get to sleep but don’t leave me feeling bad in the morning
