I tried this product once and it had the opposite effect. I was up all night. It may just be my system but I will never try or buy this again. I felt jittery and unable to sleep. Not a good product for me.

I like these sleeping pills a lot. They help me fall asleep but more importantly stay asleep. I try not to use them very often but they are extremely effective and reasonably priced.

I get really bad knee pains sometimes and often they keep me from sleeping. Luckily Advil PM helps me stay asleep and helps my pain go away by the time I wake up. Definitely will continue buying these

when I used this, it did take the aches and pains away but did not out me to sleep right away. I believe it was about 3 hours before I fell asleep. Due to the fact I took it so late was unable to sleep it off.
