I have had issues falling asleep for years and these have really helped. It’s basically Benadryl and Advil together so no weird chemicals to leave you groggy in the morning.

Best thing to take Henry you have a fever and need to get sleep at night is advil pm. But, be warned this stuff will knock you out! I'm also super groggy the next day, so this isn't something you can take if you have work the next day.
