Advil has worked the best for a pain reliever, I like it better than Aleve. It usually takes care of pain whether it’s a headache or any other physical pain I have going on.

Works like a charm. I have a hard time winding down and staying asleep. My back aches which causes me to toss and turn and this helps me to just relax and try to sleep through the night. It’s pretty good!
