My go too at night when I’ve had a really long day at it and my whole body is aching. Or just like the other day I think I pulled something doing sit ups after that whole day went by I came home took some Advil and went to bed

I love using this products when I have joint and aches and can't get to bed! It's great because it doesn't leave you feeling all sleepy in the morning!

I stand for work all day and tend to get leg cramps at night that keep me up. When I take Advil pm I sleep thru the night and wake up feeling well rested
