[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ibuprofen in it of itself does its job. The pill is regular sized. The sleep aide is great. In less than 30 minutes I was out. Slept through the whole night, felt refreshed in the morning.

This usually puts me right to sleep! Only thing is i feel like the doses are often low therefore i usually take about two pills. I normally take them when my body is beyond sore after a leg workout. Is super helpful.

I usually drink these after a game when I'm aching and I just shower drink the pill and by the next 10 min I'm Knocked out and the next day I have little or No pain from the day before.

I honestly do count on Advil , for many reasons . For cramps , any sharpe pains , headaches etc. I use it probably once a week and it does work ! Take a half an hour to kick in though.
