I've used this after a tooth extraction. So the pain was real!! My pharmacist recommended this to me. It helped me out tremendously. And I got some much needed rest!

This is one of those go to products that has been around forever because it works. It helps when I have headaches and body aches and need to sleep. Price isn't bad either.

I have to take 2 and make sure I take them at least 2hrs before bed. However I still wake up when taking them. Luckily no side affects the next day. Minus the fact that I didn't sleep all that well.

I stand for work all day and tend to get leg cramps at night that keep me up. When I take Advil pm I sleep thru the night and wake up feeling well rested

Advil works best for me compared to other brands. When you're sick all you want to do is sleep through the pain and wake up feeling better. This is the product that I recommend!
