Great for when I have a headache and need some extra help getting to sleep. I don't wake up drowsy and feel like I got a decent nights sleep without being overly medicated.

I always reach for a PM medicine when my end of the day aches set in. The sleep aid in Advil PM really makes all the difference. I don't use this product often, only on days I really feel achy when laying down.

Advil pm helps to temporarily reduce my pain or any headache I might have had. Although when you buy the night version (pm) it gets you sleepy which is the point of taking it. Overall it's a great quick pill that helps temporary pain
