I usually just take regular Advil & it works just fine but this is good to take at night if you want some relief & good sleep thru the night. I don’t wake up with cramps in the middle of the night when I take this.

I have chronic pain and when I need a little help falling asleep I take these before bed. Usually when I take these I sleep so soundly, I don’t even remember my dreams. Great for a good night’s sleep when I’m not feeling so great.

Some days I just can't fall a sleep I don't know if it's because my day was so busy or if I'm just not tiered enough but with 2 pills I sleep like a baby I get a cool 8 hrs of sleep with no nasty feeling in the morning

I purchased this recently because that’s all the drug store had, and I was in pain. Price was decent for amount of pills I received, but I will definitely be sticking to my aleve pm from now on. Much stronger in my opinion.
