I have bought these numerous time. For sure helps with the aches and pains. Also helps with getting to, and staying, asleep. I’ve noticed taking these and when I have to get up in the middle of the night I’m usually right back to sleep

I have some serious insomnia and I've given these pills many tries but they just don't work for me. Maybe it's just me but they don't make me feel tired at all.

I really don't like the idea of nighttime medications. It's so very easy to become addicted the any medicines that help our bodies fall asleep especially if we suffer from insomnia. I prefer regular Advil opposed to Advil PM
