I wake up kind of groggy after using this, but I sleep like a rock! It's nice when I have horrible headaches, I can take one of these and fall asleep quickly.

I wouldn't say this product really helps with sleeping, it takes the pain away but doesn't aid in sleeping. It's a little expensive, which makes it a little more disappointing. Overall if I have coupons I would buy it again.

Great for those sore achey days that turn into nights. Can take the recommended dose and have a restful night to repair and recover. DO NOT take if you have less that 7 hours to sleep.

Always helps when you are hurting and need a good nights sleep. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I wake up well rested and not with that hung over feeling.
