I like to use this night time Advil on nights when I have a shorter time to sleep, it's a lighter sleepy effect than melatonin and it's easier to wake up without any groggy side effects throughout the day.

Anytime I have horrible time during that "time of month" I count on Advil for sure! Works in about 30 mins- 1 hour and is a Super affordable! Works like magic and keeps the pain Away!

Got to have my advil PM every night to ease my pain while I'm going off to sleep at night. Love my advil PM it's a great PM product without feeling bad the next morning.

I haven’t had to use these in some time, but when I have had to take them / I’m out within 30 minutes. I recommend you do not take it if you have to drive anywhere or do anything. I would buy it again when it’s needed
